Lesson minutes are the length of one live session. Length shapes what a learner gets done in a sitting, since a longer block suits a full conversation and a shorter one fits around a working day.
British Council - EOL English Online lists lesson minutes of 25 to 55 minutes. E2Language states 45 minutes, BaseLang 30 minutes and AllRight 25 minutes. Drops runs much shorter sessions at 5 minutes, which suits quick daily practice rather than a long speaking block.
