Privacy policy

This policy explains what AcademyCue (academycue.com) collects when you visit, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is SIA CUE, Usmas iela 12, LV-1082 Riga, Latvia.
Contact us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Analytics. With your consent we measure pages viewed, the referring page, approximate location, device and browser type.
  • Your consent choice. The cookie banner stores your choice in your browser.
  • Clicks to partners. When you follow a link to a provider, we store the full IP address, the browser details (user agent), the page and link you used and the time.

There are no accounts on this site and we never ask for payment details.

Why we store clicks

We keep the click record to stop fraud and automated traffic, to settle commission disputes with partners and networks, and to understand which pages help visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and financing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Click records are kept for 360 days and then deleted automatically.

Who receives data

  • Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, and our server hosting provider process every request on our behalf as processors.
  • Google (Google Analytics), with your consent.
  • Microsoft Clarity, with your consent.
  • Yandex (Yandex Metrica), with your consent.
  • Affiliate partners and networks receive a click identifier when you follow a partner link, so a sign-up can be credited to us.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU. Where they do, the transfer relies on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Analytics runs only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time on the cookie settings page. Click records rely on our legitimate interest as described above.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use and to receive a copy. Write to [email protected] and, for click records, include the approximate time of your visit or your IP address so we can find the record. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) or the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The version published here is always the current one.
