Who publishes the books

NXB Kim Dong is a publishing house based in Vietnam. Its list spans picture books for the youngest readers, school age stories, comics and manga, learning titles and historical works. Several series retell classic folk tales and well known heroes for children, while other titles explore family life, gender equality and personal growth. Parents, teachers and librarians will find plenty of titles across these different lines of work. Its catalogue reflects a steady commitment to writing for young readers, and it has grown to include titles for grown up readers too.

Editions and series

Many titles come as deluxe editions or as boxed sets that group several volumes of one series together. Manga and light novel series follow a clear volume order, so readers can move through a long story from start to finish. Some special editions include extra printed items for collectors, which gives loyal fans a reason to look at the fuller versions of familiar stories. Series are easy to follow because each volume is numbered on the cover. Collectors often value these editions because the series remain complete on the shelf.
