Range beyond fiction
The collection reaches well past novels into biographies, United States history, history and criticism, and the history of religion. Contemporary and romantic historical titles sit alongside coming of age science fiction and children's science fiction and fantasy. New releases that have just arrived appear next to secondhand copies, so one shelf can hold a fresh hardcover and a well-read paperback of the same genre. Readers who enjoy browsing across subjects will find that variety suits a steady flow of reading.
